  • Our cleaning services are available to customers in Albuquerque, NM, and surrounding areas.

  • Services are subject to availability and may require scheduling in advance.

1.2 Estimates & Pricing

  • Free estimates are provided based on the information given by the customer.

  • Prices may vary depending on the size, condition, and cleaning requirements of the home.

  • Additional charges may apply for extra services or homes requiring extensive cleaning.

1.3 Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • We accept cash, checks, and Zelle.

  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

1.4 Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Customers must provide at least [24 or 48 hours] notice for cancellations or reschedules.

  • Cancellations made without proper notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

2. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide safe access to the home at the scheduled time.

  • Personal belongings and valuables should be secured before service begins.

  • We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage or loss of personal items.

 

3. Satisfaction Guarantee & Refunds

  • We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue.

  • Refunds are issued at our discretion and are only provided in cases where a resolution cannot be met.

 

4. Liability & Limitations

  • We take great care in providing professional cleaning services but are not liable for damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, or pre-existing conditions.

  • We are not responsible for allergic reactions or issues arising from cleaning products if the customer does not notify us of specific sensitivities before service.

  • Any claims of damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

  • All content, logos, and images on elyanashousecleaning.com are the property of Elyana’s House Cleaning and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.
